About the Role

Clari is looking to hire a Procurement Analyst to support our growing procurement team. This is an opportunity to join Clari during a critical scale phase and to define and own procurement as a function. The Procurement Analyst position is an individual contributor responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement activities. This role will be pivotal in maturing the procurement process and supporting the company’s purchasing process. You must be able to work and adapt as the company grows to build a world-class procurement team.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Working Pacific Time Zone hours is preferred.

Responsibilities

Procurement Operations: Oversee day-to-day procurement operations, including purchase order processing, contract management, invoice reconciliation, and supplier performance tracking. Implement best practices to streamline procurement processes, optimize inventory levels, and enhance efficiency
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, fostering collaboration and aligning supplier capabilities with the company's needs. Monitor vendor performance, assess risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, IT, and engineering teams, to ensure procurement activities are aligned with business requirements
Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and inefficiencies within the procurement lifecycle and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management within the tech industry
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain principles, and sourcing methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software
Familiarity with ERP and procurement software systems, such as D365, SAP, Coupa, ZIP, Netsuite
Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and driving cost savings initiatives
