About This Role
We are hiring an Assistant Manager of University Relationships to support and manage Kaaiser's Australian university partnerships through strong communication, timely contract management, and consistent relationship upkeep.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their international education career who is organised, communicative, and eager to build deep expertise in university partnerships. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for Australian university representatives, ensuring smooth communication, contract renewals, and ongoing engagement.
What You Will Own
University Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Australian university representatives
- Handle all inbound and outbound communication via email and calls in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with university international offices
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of university updates, requirements, and feedback
Contract Management & Renewals
- Track and manage contract timelines, renewal dates, and documentation for all Australian university partners
- Coordinate contract renewals by liaising with university representatives and internal teams
- Ensure all agreements are accurately maintained, filed, and up to date
- Flag any contractual changes, risks, or opportunities to senior management
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records of all partnership communications and agreements
- Prepare summaries, reports, and updates on partnership status for internal review
- Support senior team members in preparing for university meetings, reviews, and visits
- Coordinate follow-ups and action items arising from university interactions

- University representatives receive prompt, professional, and consistent communication
- Partnership records and documentation are always accurate and up to date
- Internal teams are proactively updated on university requirements and changes

About You
You are a detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes ownership of your responsibilities and communicates with confidence. You enjoy working in a structured environment and are motivated by building strong, lasting professional relationships.
Experience & Background
- 2–4 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or a client-facing coordination role
- Prior exposure to Australian universities is a must
- Experience managing contracts, documentation, or correspondence in a professional setting
- Comfortable handling a high volume of email and call-based communication
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working with contracts and administrative documentation
- Proficient with standard productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
