About the Role

Cialfo is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive strategic growth across our global K12 segment.

The Senior Director, K12 will focus on building high-level relationships with schools and school group networks globally, while driving enterprise partnerships with institutions that support student university pathways.

This role requires someone who can confidently engage principals, heads of school, counselors, and board-level decision makers, navigate complex institutional sales cycles, and close high-value partnerships. Beyond sales, this individual will act as a strategic thought partner to the business, contributing market insights, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape how Cialfo expands its presence across the global K12 ecosystem.

This role will report to the VP of Global K12.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Partnerships & Sales

  • Build and manage relationships with senior leaders across K12 schools and school group networks.
  • Develop and close high-value institutional partnerships with schools globally.
  • Lead complex sales conversations with principals, heads of school, counselors, and board members.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across multi-school operators and school networks.
  • Represent Cialfo in strategic conversations within the global K12 education ecosystem.

Strategic Market Development

  • Partner with the VP of Global K12 to develop and refine go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify new markets, school networks, and institutional partnerships.
  • Bring insights from the field that inform product positioning and commercial strategy.
  • Contribute to initiatives that expand Cialfo’s global K12 footprint.

Institutional Relationship Building

  • Establish long-term relationships with key school and network stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex institutional decision-making and procurement processes.
  • Position Cialfo as a trusted partner supporting student success and university outcomes.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Build a strong enterprise pipeline across priority K12 markets.
  • Successfully close high-value institutional partnerships.
  • Establish strategic relationships with leading schools and school networks.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the global K12 go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand Cialfo’s presence across school groups and institutional partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience selling or building partnerships with K12 schools or school networks.
  • Strong ability to engage senior education leaders and institutional stakeholders.
  • Track record of closing large and complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of how schools evaluate and adopt education solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About You

  • Experience
    • Typically 15+ years of experience, with significant exposure to the K12 education ecosystem and enterprise relationship management.
    • Proven experience working with K12 schools or school networks, particularly multi-school operators, school groups, or global accreditation bodies.
    • Have a deep network within global school groups or accreditation bodies and experience navigating institutional procurement at the system level.
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Strong ability to build relationships with principals, heads of school, and senior education leaders.
    • Experience driving enterprise-level partnerships or complex institutional sales.
    • Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
    • Excellent communication and executive presence.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.
