This position is with Kaaiser, one of the brands under Manifest Global, which also includes Cialfo, BridgeU and Explore.

About This Role

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to support and grow Kaaiser’s digital presence across key platforms.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who is creative, trend-aware, and eager to understand how a strong brand engages its audience online. The role will involve working closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, support campaigns, and contribute to building a consistent and impactful social media presence.

What You Will Own

  • Content and Social Media
    • Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram and other social platforms
    • Manage Kaaiser’s day-to-day social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and upcoming platforms
    • Ideate, shoot, and edit reels, short-form videos, carousels, and trend-based content
    • Be on camera for reels, explainer videos, campus stories, campaigns, and brand content
    • Stay ahead of the curve on trends, audios, transitions, formats, and algorithm updates
    • Work closely with the marketing team on campaign ideas, content calendars, and launches
    • Research competitors and creators in the study-abroad & education space for inspiration and benchmarking
    • Help with shoot planning, scripting, and execution—from idea to upload
    • Track basic metrics like reach, engagement, saves, and shares to improve performance
  • Webinars & Events
    • Support planning and execution of student and agent webinars
    • Promote webinars using reels, posts, stories, and email creatives
    • Coordinate registrations, reminders, and attendee communication
    • Assist during live sessions (chat moderation, Q&A tracking, breakout rooms if needed)
    • Turn webinars into post-event content—highlight reels, clips, recap posts
    • Cover offline and online events with real-time content, stories, and behind-thescenes moments

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1,000 followers on Instagram (mandatory)
  • Confident, natural, and comfortable appearing on camera
  • Strong understanding of reels, hooks, storytelling, and creator trends
  • Creative thinker with a good eye for visuals, pacing, and aesthetics
  • Always updated on Instagram trends, audios, transitions, and formats
  • Hands-on with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro (any)
  • Basic understanding of social media insights & analytics
  • Team player who’s open to experimenting, iterating, and learning fast
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, content-first environment

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience running a creator page or brand account
  • Interest in education, travel, or the study-abroad space
  • Design skills for carousels and static posts
  • Scriptwriting or caption-writing skills
  • Basic photography/videography know-how
  • Prior exposure to webinars, workshops, or live event
