About This Role
We are seeking a Creative Content Writer based in New Delhi, India, who can craft high-quality, brand-aligned content across multiple formats, especially newsletters, emails, social media, research reports, and surveys. This role is ideal for someone who blends storytelling + audience empathy + strong writing fundamentals, and can also support content research, content planning, and light editing in collaboration with design and cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing
What You Will Execute on a Day to Day Basis: You shall focus on crafting engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned content that drives marketing and business initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop written materials that resonate with the target audience, inspire action, and support overall financial objectives.
- Core Writing and Content Production
- Write and publish content across key formats:
- Newsletters (recurring, themed, engaging, and readable)
- Social media posts and campaign content (LinkedIn-first, plus other channels as needed)
- Research reports and insights-led content (structured, skimmable, well-supported)
- Surveys (questionnaire writing, framing, logic support, and intent-driven design)
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for different audiences (counselors, institutions, partners, students, parents).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content outputs.
- Write and publish content across key formats:
- Research and Insight Development
- Support market and audience research to inform content themes, angles, and messaging.
- Track trends across international education, counseling workflows, student recruitment, and competitor positioning.
- Convert raw insights into publish-ready content formats (posts, short reports, newsletter sections, survey summaries).
- Content Planning and Editorial Ownership
- Assist in developing monthly/quarterly content plans aligned to business priorities.
- Own your workflow from draft to publish: outlines, drafts, reviews, final edits, and delivery.
- Maintain a lightweight content calendar to ensure consistency and reduce last-minute scramble.
- Collaboration with Design and Basic Editing
- Collaborate closely with designers to build cohesive content + visuals for newsletters, social creatives, and reports.
- Provide clean, structured copy that’s easy to design around (headlines, subheads, pull quotes, captions).
- Do basic editing work when required:
- light video/script tweaks, captioning, trimming guidance
- basic familiarity with tools like Canva / Adobe (or similar) is a plus
- SEO and Content Best Practices
- Write with SEO fundamentals in mind for blogs/landing pages when needed:
- keyword intent, headings, internal linking suggestions, readability
- Help optimise existing content for clarity, structure, and performance (without turning everything into “sales copy”).

About You
You are a self-starter who can write consistently well, manage multiple content pieces at once, and collaborate smoothly across teams. You care about craft, structure, and clarity, and you enjoy building content that people actually want to read.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 2/3+ years preferred in content writing, content marketing, editorial, journalism, or brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience writing across formats such as newsletters, social content, reports, long-form pieces, or research-led content.
- Experience collaborating with design/creative teams is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
Skills
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to structure content logically (outlines, flow, clarity, scannability).
- Strong research skills and comfort synthesising information into insights.
- Content judgement: knows what to prioritise, simplify, and highlight.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
- Comfortable working with feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
