About This Role
We are a team of passionate people committed to building high-performing teams that help the organization grow. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent team and support end-to-end hiring operations. This role will assist with sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and candidate experience management.
You will play a key role in keeping our hiring processes organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly, enabling faster closures and smoother collaboration across teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Hiring Operations & Candidate Management
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, careers pages, and job boards.
- Screen incoming applications and update ATS or tracking sheets regularly.
- Coordinate interviews by aligning with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, ensuring profiles, notes, and stages are updated.
- Assist with sending assessments, tracking submissions, and following up.
- Support offer documentation and maintain hiring records with accuracy.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Sourcing & Market Research
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Perform initial outreach and nurture passive talent pipelines.
- Conduct basic market research on salary ranges, competitive roles, and hiring trends.
- Track effectiveness of sourcing channels and share insights with the team.
- Process & Documentation Support
- Maintain hiring trackers, interview feedback logs, and TA dashboards.
- Help document TA processes, SOPs, and best practices to support team efficiency.
- Prepare weekly hiring updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams (TA, HR, hiring managers) to ensure workflow consistency.
About You
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
- Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or recruitment support.
- Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, LinkedIn, ATS tools, or other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to managing data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring pipelines at once.
