About This Role
We are a team of passionate people focused on making the world accessible through education. We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Central Marketing team and take ownership of maintaining marketing systems and internal operations. This role supports campaign tracking, asset organization, budget documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
You will ensure that our marketing infrastructure remains up-to-date, well-organized, and aligned with team needs—enabling faster execution and greater visibility across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
-  Marketing Systems & Data Maintenance 
- Maintain Airtable bases, Notion trackers, and Google Drive folders used by the marketing team
 - Ensure asset repositories are updated with final designs, decks, and campaign content
 - Keep inventory logs current, including branded materials, swag, and printed items
 - Record campaign budgets and actual spend, tagging finance documentation accurately
 - Support campaign reporting by updating dashboards and providing clean, tagged data
 
 -  Workflow & Project Coordination 
- Manage campaign forms (e.g., registrations, surveys, feedback), ensuring accurate links and formatting
 - Monitor shared checklists and trackers to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
 - Document operational processes and SOPs to support team-wide clarity and onboarding
 - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, finance, sales,) to gather inputs and maintain workflow consistency.
 
 
About You
-  Qualifications 
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations, Business, or a related field
 
 -  Experience & Skills 
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or systems support
 - Skilled in Excel, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft 365, or similar tools
 - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
 - Comfortable managing timelines, documentation, and structured data
 - Bonus: Experience using HubSpot
