About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office space. You’ll manage everything from administrative processes and office supplies to employee support and budget oversight, helping to shape a welcoming, productive, and well‑run work environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and drive all aspects of day-to-day office operations, from presentation to functionality, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment that reflects the company’s standards. Act as the main point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Leading HQ events, managing front‑desk operations, mail/packages, pantry and supply inventories.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, events, and internal gatherings.
- Support administrative tasks such as document filing and data entry.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Talent Team and other departments on office-related initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Supporting company culture initiatives like holiday events and weekly dinners.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office at all times, proactively identifying and addressing areas that need upkeep. Coordinate with external cleaning vendors and take initiative to maintain a presentable and professional space.
- Maintain and manage pantry inventory and office consumables; restock and reorder supplies in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular office walkthroughs to audit cleanliness, safety, and functionality of workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Take full ownership of office-related projects, including decluttering, renovations, or space optimization, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met.
- Deliver a consistent and welcoming office experience for all employees, guests, and stakeholders, ensuring everything from reception to meeting rooms reflects a high standard of professionalism.
- Monitor and manage office aesthetics and ambiance, such as lighting, music, scent, or decor, to create a warm and engaging atmosphere aligned with company culture.
About You
- Qualifications & Skills- For experienced candidates (preferred):
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative leadership role.
- Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with basic scheduling and project tools.
- Ability to manage vendors and internal stakeholders assertively and professionally to uphold service levels.
- Experience managing budgets, expense reporting, and vendor negotiations.
