Job Description
As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Operations function, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the Talent team and across the organization to build efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes. Your focus will be on enhancing the employee experience through data-driven insights, policy alignment, and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Talent Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage and update HR systems, including Hibob, ensuring data integrity and providing necessary reporting to support business needs.
- Assist in the execution of bi-annual and off-cycle salary reviews, performance incentives, and other talent-related payouts.
- Implement and monitor key HR metrics to assess and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all HR policies and processes are well-documented, compliant with local labor laws, and scalable to support future growth.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Business Partners, and other teams to support HR projects that improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate on payroll management processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees across various regions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements by analyzing HR data and trends, driving efficiency and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent or HR Operations, with experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (Hibob preferred) and HR process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
