About the Role

Cialfo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Trainer cum Training Manager to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a training manager role within product-based SAAS companies, with a preference for those with an EdTech background. This role involves creating engaging training content, delivering in-person and online training sessions, conducting post-training assessments, and continuously improving training processes.

The candidate should also have a diverse background in training individual contributors, managers, and sales organizations, with a focus on sales training, team building, soft skills, and management training. Experience in working with product and engineering teams on New Product Introductions (NPIs) is essential.

What You Will Be Doing:

What You Will Execute on A Day to Day Basis:

Content Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules tailored to various audiences within the company.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring all participants are well-versed with the product and its functionalities.
Post-Training Assessment: Design and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams on New Product Introductions (NPIs) to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and training readiness.
Communication and Presentation: Demonstrate excellent English written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
Travel: Occasionally travel to various locations for in-person training sessions and meetings as required.

What You Will Lead, Strategize & Develop on a Regular Basis:

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance training processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering training content.
Diverse Training Programs: Provide various training sessions, including sales training, team building, soft skills, and management training, catering to individual contributors, managers, and the sales team.
Business Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to gather training requirements and create custom programs that address specific needs and goals.

About You

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience as a training manager, preferably within a product-based SAAS company.
Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred.

Skills

Training Expertise: Proven experience in creating training content, delivering training sessions, and conducting post-training assessments.
Diverse Training Background: Experience in delivering various training programs, including sales training, team building, soft skills, and management training.
NPI Experience: Experience working with product and engineering teams on New Product Introductions (NPIs).
Instructional Design: Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Technology Integration: Experience with integrating various educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
Assessment Strategies: Skilled in designing formative and summative assessments to gauge learner comprehension and application.
Feedback Mechanisms: Implementation of effective feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training programs based on participant input.
Data-Driven: Ability to utilize training data and analytics to drive decisions and demonstrate training effectiveness.
Compliance and Standards: Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements relevant to the EdTech sector.

Qualities

Communication Skills: Excellent English written and spoken communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
