The Role
The Social Content Lead is responsible for driving Certn’s brand transformation through engaging social media content. This role combines strategy and creation, producing multimedia content that elevates Certn beyond background screening to position as a thought leader in HR, leadership, and workplace trends. Building Certn’s visibility, engagement, and influence, this role is responsible to deliver creative, data driven content across social channels.
What You'll be Doing:
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute Certn’s social media strategy to grow visibility, engagement, and influence.
Set goals for each channel, manage the content calendar, and define the mix of formats and messages that will resonate with target audiences.
Balance brand storytelling with thought leadership in HR, leadership, and workplace topics while supporting demand generation and retention goals.
Content Creation
Plan and produce content across posts, videos, and stories that bring Certn’s brand to life.
Use tools like CapCut, Canva, native editors, and AI-assisted creative tools to create content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with Certn’s voice
Channel Management
Oversee Certn’s presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and relevant emerging platforms.
Publish and schedule content, optimize for platform best practices, tailor messaging for each audience, and engage with communities to build a consistent and credible presence.
Performance & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on content performance across engagement, reach, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Leverage AI-driven insights to optimize content, demonstrate ROI, and tie results back to broader marketing and business goals.
Trends and Timely Content
Proactively use trends, cultural moments, and emerging opportunities to create content that expands Certn’s reach and reinforces thought leadership.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
5 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or digital storytelling.
Demonstrated portfolio of content across multiple social platforms, showing measurable engagement and audience growth.
Proven experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
Proficient in CapCut, Canva, native platform editors, and Google Workspace tools.
Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera and directing others in content production.
Strong ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous work environments.
