This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our products in production environments by proactively monitoring system performance, investigating issues, identifying root causes of defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with Support, Engineering, and Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure quick resolution.

  • Document findings and track recurring issues to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Analyze system logs, data reports, and user feedback to identify potential defects or inconsistencies.

  • Reproduce reported issues to validate defects and assist in root cause analysis.

  • Maintain a defect backlog, prioritize based on business impact, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.

  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand expected product behavior and validate production outcomes.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to enhance test coverage based on production insights.

  • Provide detailed, data-driven reports to stakeholders on incident trends, recurring defects, and system stability metrics.

  • Recommend tools, processes, and automation opportunities to improve production reliability.

  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing around production issues and resolutions.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite

  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with others

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2 of experience in product analysis, production support, QA, or similar roles.

  • 2 years' experience working in the healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality Assurance experience

Centivo Values:

  • Resilient – This is wicked hard. There is no easy button for healthcare affordability. Luckily, the mission makes it worth it and sustains us when things are tough. Being resilient ensures we don’t give up.

  • Uncommon - The status quo stinks so we had to go out and build something better. We know the healthcare system. It isn't working for members, employers, and providers. So we're building it from scratch, from the ground up. Our focus is on making things better for them while also improving clinical results - which is bold and uncommon.

  • Positive – We care about each other. It takes energy to do hard stuff, build something better and to be resilient and unconventional while doing it. Because of that, we make sure we give kudos freely and feedback with care. When our tank gets low, a team member is there to be a source of new energy. We celebrate together. We are supportive, generous, humble, and positive.
