Position Description
The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Sales Leadership team. This role is designed to increase leverage across the commercial organization by coordinating critical sales rhythms, supporting key meetings and planning processes, and ensuring smooth execution of medical education and sales training events. The Sales Coordinator will serve as a key point of coordination for scheduling, reporting support, meeting logistics, travel/expense coordination, and cross-functional follow-through tied to quarterly and monthly commercial business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CCO and Sales Leadership team, including complex calendar/meeting management, travel and meeting logistics, expense reporting, and support for sales reporting.
- Coordinate and support the Quarterly Sales Plan & Review process, including scheduling, materials preparation & compilation, and follow-up tracking.
- Coordinate and support Monthly Commercial Review meetings, including agendas/materials preparation and action-item follow-through.
- Support Medical Education events, including aLINK, aprevo Exchange, Fellows, and Power Forum events (logistics, communications, attendee coordination).
- Support aprevo Academy Sales Training events (planning, scheduling, materials, and logistical execution).
- Support major Sales Meetings including GSM, MYSM, and Partners Meetings (logistics, communications, and coordination).
- Support Sales Operations contract and data management processes, and provide ad-hoc sales reporting when requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative assistance, or similar role
- Strong calendar management, scheduling, and logistics coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Comfortable working with reporting inputs and organizing data for leadership review
- Experience with travel booking and expense platforms preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Compensation
We are pleased to provide a competitive salary and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families. including paying 100% of monthly healthcare, dental and vision insurance premiums, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and unlimited PTO. The expected hour rate of pay range is $32.00
- $36.00. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.
