Position Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our growing recruitment needs. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with logistics and onboarding throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Prescreen candidates to determine qualifications for advancement.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Prepare and distribute interview tools, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up materials.
  • Candidate Experience Management
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication about interview status and next steps.
  • Recruiting Operations Support
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records and status changes.
  • Post jobs on internal and external platforms.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as year-to-date hires and projected fill dates.
  • General Administrative & Project Support
  • Request background checks and drug screens from third party vendor.
  • Perform reference checks.
  • Lead new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Support HR audits and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist with leave of absence administration and tuition reimbursement.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal training sessions.
  • Monitor completion of required trainings and policy acknowledgments.
  • Act as point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS is a plus (e.g., Bamboo, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service mindset and a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Compensation

We are pleased to provide a competitive salary and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families. including paying 100% of monthly healthcare, dental & vision insurance premiums, a 401(k) plan with employer matching and unlimited PTO. The expected pay range is: $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.
