Position Description
As our HR Manager, you will support HR initiatives to enhance our growth and success. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage various aspects of HR management, from recruitment and talent development to employee relations and compliance.
This opportunity is not remote and requires an on-site presence. Please note that this position does not offer relocation assistance or sponsorship opportunities.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations and Process Development:

- Oversee day-to-day HR administration and operations.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of HR processes and systems.
- Establish procedures for performance management and employee development.
- Continuously assess and enhance process effectiveness to drive operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance to assess and resolve employee relations issues, coach managers to be proactive and support field sales teams.

- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Manage recruitment processes to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Assist in developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy.
- Implement initiatives to identify high-potential employees and foster their development.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant regulations.
- Partner with legal counsel to address HR-related legal and regulatory matters.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll/HRIS:
- Manage the HRIS system and payroll processing to ensure data integrity.
- Administer the company’s benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

- Manage annual compensation reviews, create and update salary ranges using market data and support incentive compensation plans.

- Organizational Development:
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support growth and development.
- Training and Development Programs:
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with progressively responsible roles.
- Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
- Experience in a Technology, MedTech, or BioTech company with sales teams and multiple locations is desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor, wage, and hour laws.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to management.
- Familiarity with BambooHR and Paychex is desirable.

Compensation
We are pleased to provide a competitive salary and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families. including paying 100% of monthly healthcare, dental & vision insurance premiums, a 401(k) plan with employer matching and unlimited PTO. The expected pay range is: $115,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.
