  • Demonstrate diligence in scoping, documenting, and implementing clients onto our platform—ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with platform capabilities and client intent
  • Responsible for the success of Judi Care clients throughout the client lifecycle, from initial sales scoping and implementation through ongoing support and optimization, acting as a bridge between clients and internal development teams
  • Lead client-facing implementation meetings and manage timelines to ensure successful launches
  • Own client configuration setup within internal admin tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client intent
  • Support configuration testing and contribute to QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) ahead of client launches
  • Maintain documentation for implementation processes and workflows, product specs, and user guides for internal tools
  • Identify opportunities to enhance scalability and efficiency through automation and product improvements
  • Contribute to Judi Care product roadmap by identifying key customer needs
  • Manage processes for gathering and reporting out on product feedback from clients to inform future product feature development opportunities
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in client-facing roles such as implementation, customer success, or technical project coordination
  • Experience with digital health or employer-sponsored insurance strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working with technical teams and translating business needs into product requirements
  • Proven track record of executing against client requirements and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Interest in hands-on product management and data experience
  • Comfort working with internal tools or configuration systems, especially in a technical capacity where setup decisions impact product functionality or user experience
