Job Description

  • Onboard new sellers onto the platform and assist them in setting up their accounts
  • Provide ongoing support to sellers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Educate sellers on best practices for product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for seller needs and drive initiatives that enhance the seller experience
  • Develop and manage relationships with sellers, and act as the link between sellers and our eB2B marketplace
  • Manage sellers, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to help sellers stay competitive
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers, offering feedback and recommendations for growth


  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience working in Account Management, Business Development of E-commerce, or relevant industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure
