Job Description

Onboard new sellers onto the platform and assist them in setting up their accounts
Provide ongoing support to sellers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Educate sellers on best practices for product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
Monitor seller performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for seller needs and drive initiatives that enhance the seller experience
Develop and manage relationships with sellers, and act as the link between sellers and our eB2B marketplace
Manage sellers, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to help sellers stay competitive
Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers, offering feedback and recommendations for growth

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Business, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years’ experience working in Account Management, Business Development of E-commerce, or relevant industries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship development and management skills
Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure
