Job Description

1. Report Building and Support:

Develop and support daily reconciliation reports for the Reconcile Team to enhance the efficiency of the BI team.
Assist in creating reports for the Finops Team to improve internal systems and workflow.
Generate and provide credit profile reports for the Treasury Team to facilitate banking profile creation.

2. Financial and Accounting Support: Aid the Finance and Accounting Teams in daily data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting ledgers and investor requirements.

3. Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports related to the operations of the Reconcile, Finops, and Treasury teams for management to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly

4. Data Reconciliation Reporting:

Conduct monthly data reconciliation reporting for the Reconcile Team to ensure data accuracy and completeness before handover to the Accounting Team.
Tech Team Data Review: Review and analyze data from the Tech Team, identifying and
reporting any signs of risk or data discrepancies to management to ensure transparency and accuracy in data usage

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or pharmaceutical industries.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and ability to present information in an understandable manner.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
