Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce lead time, and improve productivity and business performance
  • Leverage expertise in lean principles to drive execution and achieve target metrics
  • Act as a coach for Kaizen/5S and apply sustainable models to create a continuous improvement environment
  • Actively propose plans to improve warehouse operations
  • Draw up project plans and dependencies, and communicate across involved parties to align everyone on scope and timeline
  • Estimate and control the department’s budget
  • Build SOPs for every task
  • Optimize space utilization in the warehouse and lead any changes in warehouse layout
  • Analyze and reduce damaged, expired, or missing items.
  • Contribute to building a more effective KPI policy and ensure it benefits the business
  • Coordinate with BA and Tech to enhance system features
  • Coordinate with other functions (HR, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, CS,..) to seek solutions for achieving key metric targets


  • 4+ years of industry experience with proven business impact. Experience in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and achieve innovative solutions
  • Yellow/Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or evidence of comparable knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to coach and train, deliver messages, lead workshops, and develop people in a training/coaching environment
  • Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders and experience in project management or operations
  • Ownership of projects, proactively working with relevant stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
  • Strong data analysis skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Additional advantages include experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Google Apps Scripts.
