Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain and E-commerce to join our team in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing our operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Supply chain and E-commerce processes, and the ability to manage and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and Optimization:

Conduct detailed analysis of Supply chain and E-commerce processes
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to enhance Supply chain and E-commerce operations

2. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of business analysts
Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output
Provide training and development opportunities for team members

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including procurement, warehouse management, logistics, E-commerce, and finance teams
Gather requirements, develop business cases, and translate them into functional specifications
Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision-making

4. Reporting and Documentation:

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor Supply chain and E-commerce performance
Prepare detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and system requirements
Present findings and recommendations to senior management

5. Project Management:

Lead and participate in related projects from inception to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and resolve issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain and/or E-commerce domain
Proven experience in managing and leading a small team
Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and optimization
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in supply chain and eCommerce management software and tools (e.g., Odoo, WMS system…)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong project management skills, with PMP or similar certification being a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
