Job Description

  • Oversee and support managing all aspects of C&B functions, including payroll, insurance, PIT, and Employee Data,…
  • Ensure all C&B Operations activities in compliance with requirements from Vietnamese Law
  • In charge of benefits implementation in accordance with company policies (including Bonus Policy, Recognition Award Program, Health check, ….) and assist in developing new well-being initiatives with Line Manager
  • Join in developing and delivering new Total Rewards initiatives together with other members of C&B
  • Assist and involve in setting, developing, reviewing and managing periodic KPI bonus (monthly/ quarterly), and commission schemes for another related department
  • Keep updated with the latest regulation of Labour Law, to ensure compliance with legal regulations for documents and records under the management of the HR Dept
  • Conduct analysis of HR data to provide direction for the business
  • Develop and implement a strategic HR plan that aligns with the company’s overall business strategy
  • Develop programs and policies to enhance employee capabilities, motivate efforts, and improve workplace morale
  • HR Report every month
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HRM/HRD

Requirements:

  • Proven 4 – 5 years of working experience as a C&B Lead
  • Knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws
  • Deep knowledge of C&B functions
  • Logical thinking, deep knowledge of analysis skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced environment
