Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Distribution Executive to help us build up our business activities. You’ll be responsible for setting the growth strategy for all of our Distribution channels.

Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Tracking and reporting on distribution metrics such as volume, revenue, costs, inventory, delivery time, and customer satisfaction is necessary.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Troubleshooting any issues or challenges that affect the distribution process such as delays, damages, shortages or complaints is essential

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in logistics solution business development and implementation
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide strategic insights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of sales logistics processes, including partner relationship management, order fulfillment, and customized delivery solutions
Proficient in using common software applications such as Microsoft Office and specific tools and systems related to the distribution function
