We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Healthtech Management Trainee to join our Circa franchise retail pharmacy store. This role is designed for recent graduates with a passion for health technology and retail pharmacy management. The trainee will undergo an intensive training program aimed at developing the skills and knowledge required to oversee and manage franchise retail pharmacy stores effectively. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to work with senior-level executives, such as the Director, providing valuable insights into strategic decision-making and high-level management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of franchise retail pharmacy operations, including inventory management, customer service, and health technology integration.
  • Learn and perform daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and ensuring the store meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Develop the ability to implement healthtech solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Master providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their healthcare needs and offering professional advice on over-the-counter medications and healthtech products.
  • Acquire skills in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
  • Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive store performance and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute store-level marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the pharmacy and store team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive working environment.
  • Engage with senior-level executives, including the Director, to gain insights into strategic decision-making processes.
  • Participate in high-level meetings and discussions to understand the broader organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • GPA of at least 3.5/4.0.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
