Job Description:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
- Help coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Assist in the creation and design of training materials.
- Help organize and schedule training sessions and workshops.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.
- Maintain training records and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Junior or Senior Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and its various functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Can work at least 4 days/week
