Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Organization Development initiatives, including organizational structure, competency framework, career path, and succession planning.
- Drive Performance Management processes, including KPI implementation, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Oversee Learning & Development initiatives to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
- Lead Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, including employee disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations across all business units.
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, and other HR functions through the respective teams.
- Promote employee engagement and build a positive, performance-driven culture.
- Conduct regular site visits to plants, project sites, warehouses, and branch offices to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations.
- Experience leading end-to-end Human Resources functions.
- Background in Manufacturing, Building Materials, Construction, Retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
