Lead and oversee full-cycle accounting activities, including AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
Manage monthly and annual closing processes and review key journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare, review, and validate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with PSAK.
Perform and review bank reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, and asset register accuracy.
Ensure tax compliance in coordination with the Tax team (VAT, Withholding Tax, Monthly & Annual Reports).
Serve as the primary PIC for internal and external audits, and drive corrective actions to closure.
Develop and implement accounting SOPs, internal controls, and approval workflows to support effective governance.
Optimize the use of the accounting system (Accurate) and drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, PPIC, Warehouse, and Operational teams to ensure data integrity and cost control.
Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting team to build capability, accuracy, and accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA or Brevet A & B certification is a plus).
7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of PSAK, internal controls, financial reporting, and audit standards.
Solid experience in costing, inventory accounting, and fixed asset management—preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry.
Proven experience managing monthly and annual closing cycles and preparing full financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Strong knowledge of tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, Monthly and Annual reporting).
Hands-on experience using accounting systems (experience with Accurate is an advantage).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
