Lead and take full ownership of the company’s technology operations, including system development, data integration, and process automation.

Drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives without reliance on external consultants or vendors.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, systems, or software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record in building or developing systems that significantly improve operational efficiency.
Strong hands-on coding skills across multiple programming languages, with the ability to deliver fast, clean, and reliable code.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries is highly preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.
