At Branch, we’re transforming how brands and users interact across digital platforms. Our mobile marketing and deep linking solutions are trusted to deliver seamless experiences that increase ROI, decrease wasted spend, and eliminate siloed attribution. Our Branch team consists of smart, humble, and collaborative people who value ownership over all. Everything we do is centered around creating a great product, team, and company that lives and breathes our motto: Build Together, Grow Together, Win Together.

Branch is seeking a highly strategic Senior Performance Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy for our performance-focused product lines. This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned PMM with deep, hands-on experience in the AdTech or Performance Marketing space who can operate independently to drive measurable, actionable results for the company.

You will act as the ultimate voice and marketing owner of the performance product portfolio, deeply partnering with our Product team, collaborating with Sales leadership to define messaging and voice, help with core enablement and education of the product (both internal and external), establish differentiated positioning, and achieve aggressive product adoption and revenue goals. If you are a resourceful individual who defines success by impact delivered rather than tasks completed this is the place for you!

As a Senior Performance Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you’ll get to:

Spearhead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution

  • Assume full, end-to-end ownership of the GTM lifecycle and product launches for our portfolio of performance products. You will independently define the overarching strategy, set measurable adoption and revenue impact goals, and drive flawless execution from concept through post-launch analysis.
  • Design, execute, and analyze product marketing programs aimed at accelerating pipeline and adoption. You will be expected to use data to continuously optimize your strategy and report on the direct business impact of your work to senior leadership.
  • Serve as the definitive marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading the alignment of internal teams on core messaging, assets, and enablement priorities. You will leverage your expertise to influence and drive decisions that best serve the performance business unit, ensuring a unified GTM approach across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Define clear pricing and packaging recommendations for new features, ensuring the monetization strategy aligns with market value and competitive pricing.

Drive Strategic Influence & Positioning

  • Serve as the primary PMM partner for the Performance Product Leadership team, proactively influencing the roadmap and investment decisions based on deep market and competitive insights that you independently gather and validate.
  • Establish the core narrative, sophisticated positioning, and compelling messaging, ensuring it clearly articulates Branch's competitive differentiators within the AdTech ecosystem to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Conduct advanced competitive analysis on our direct competitors, develop strategic "battle cards," and proactively communicate market threats and opportunities to leadership, proposing clear counter-strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the single source of truth for all core product messaging and claims, acting as the centralized authority that Marketing, PR, Support, and Legal teams refer to.
  • Lead collaborative planning with the demand generation and digital marketing teams to ensure all performance product campaigns are supported by high-converting landing pages and appropriate advertising copy.

Design Sales Enablement & Adoption

  • Independently design the strategic vision for Sales Enablement, creating high-impact training and materials that equip the sales force to close deals quickly and effectively using performance product knowledge.
  • Elevate the sales team's capabilities by creating high-value, tailored messaging frameworks and advanced positioning guides for complex, high-stakes opportunities. You will serve as the final escalation point for messaging challenges, ensuring Sales is equipped with the precise narrative needed to close deals.
  • Drive the development of high-value, persuasive assets, including executive presentations, strategic white papers, and thought leadership content that defines Branch's position in the performance ecosystem.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing,
  • 2+ years in a Senior PMM role within the B2B AdTech, Mobile Marketing, or Performance SaaS space.
  • Expertise in Performance Marketing: Deep, demonstrable understanding of the metrics, technologies, and challenges relevant to mobile user acquisition (UA), attribution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Proven track record of independently developing and executing GTM strategies for highly technical or complex product portfolios that resulted in quantifiable revenue or adoption growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and articulating strategy to executive-level audiences.
  • Experience with Google slides, Canva, Figma, Asana, Jira, Notion, Gong, Amplitude, Salesforce & Highspot.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience not just gathering data, but designing and maintaining a structured competitive intelligence program (e.g., using tools like Crayon or Similarweb) that automatically feeds insights to key stakeholders.
  • Prior experience leading the company's win/loss interview program, analyzing the results, and translating those findings directly into concrete messaging and product development feedback.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with low-fidelity design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) or advanced use of presentation software (e.g., Google Slides/PowerPoint) to quickly build visually compelling internal or external assets without requiring full design support for every iteration.
  • Experience creating high-impact sales enablement videos, product demos, or tutorial snippets (e.g., using tools like Loom or Camtasia) to accelerate the launch and adoption of new features.
  • Experience designing and executing post-launch adoption campaigns targeting specific customer segments via in-app messaging, email, or sales plays to drive feature utilization and increase customer stickiness.
  • Familiarity with defining customer tiers or segmentation strategies based on value, usage, or vertical, and tailoring PMM messaging to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to develop strategic messaging and assets for renewal conversations or at-risk accounts, focusing on value articulation to improve retention rates.
