About the Role

We’re hiring an Acquisition Program Specialist to execute, monitor, and optimize performance across paid media and inbound acquisition programs.
You’ll be the hands-on partner to our Director of Acquisition Programs ensuring that campaigns don’t just get planned, but get launched, QA’d, and iterated on with precision.

You'll work across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and etc, implementing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and making sure our routing, UTMs, and landing experiences are firing cleanly.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (and others as needed)
  • Build and QA campaigns, audiences, and UTMs to ensure proper tracking and targeting
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance and flag opportunities to pause, scale, or iterate
  • Write clear, structured campaign briefs outlining targeting, objectives, budget, and creative inputs
  • Partner with the Director of Acquisition Programs to implement test structures (A/B, cohort, etc.)
  • Maintain organized reporting views in Looker, Google Sheets, or ad platform dashboards
  • Create monthly performance summaries with business-relevant insights and recommended optimizations
  • Support inbound routing QA — ensuring leads land in the right places with the right metadata
  • Maintain a log of campaign launches, changes, and learnings to feed into team retros
  • Partner with SDR Enablement to ensure campaign context and follow-up messaging are aligned
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to ad delivery, routing, or CRM anomalies

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ad operations, or demand gen
  • Hands-on experience launching paid campaigns in LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with UTM strategy, CRM/MAP systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo), and lead routing basics\
  • Strong attention to detail - you double-check your work before it goes live
  • Comfort working in Google Sheets, cross-referencing data across multiple platforms
  • A learning mindset - you're eager to build skillsets in experimentation, funnel optimization, and B2B growth

Preferred

  • Experience with advertising platforms, audience targeting, and creative versioning
  • Familiarity with routing and attribution tools
  • Ability to write clear and actionable campaign briefs and reporting summaries
  • Background in B2B SaaS, especially mobile, martech, adtech, or analytics tools
  • Experience working closely with global teams and adapting programs to multiple region
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, GA4, Influ2, and similar tools

This role will be based at our Bengaluru, KA office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
