What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor payment file imports, processing, and execution
- Respond to client inquiries regarding current, past, and future payment execution
- Support job scheduling and monitoring in a production environment
- Research and resolve user, system, and processing issues
- Follow escalation procedures and meet service level agreements
- Coordinate testing of application, system, and process changes
- Contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures
- Provide internal training and documentation.
- Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
- Mainframe and/or open systems knowledge
- Experience with production control tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
