Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the sales process.
Identify SME customers’ FTL requirements and clearly communicate suitable product offerings to meet their needs (B2B experience required).
Service an assigned geographical area or client segment to generate leads and acquire new customers, including ownership of negotiation and pricing closure.
Manage a portfolio of SME customers and prospective customers through regular face-to-face sales visits to deliver personalized service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure account performance and growth, reduce attrition, and minimize competitive threats.
Convert qualified leads into customers (first-time buyers) across major, small, and medium business accounts, while developing and penetrating existing accounts.
