Job PurposeDrive business growth by acquiring and onboarding new Booking Offices (BOs), generating freight indents, and ensuring successful truck placements.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new Booking Offices.
Generate freight indents from onboarded BOs.
Coordinate with the Traffic team for truck placements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and business operations.
Required Skills1–3 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
