Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer role based in Kota. The Customer Relationship Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with truckers, fleet owners, and other stakeholders using BlackBuck’s platform. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, explaining product features, supporting them in using digital tools, and handling queries or issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and product offerings. The Customer Relationship Officer will also identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant services, while ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong Business Relationship Management skills, with the ability to develop trust-based, long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts, including payments, credit, and working capital solutions relevant to small businesses or fleet owners.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain digital products clearly in simple terms.
  • Proven Customer Service experience, including handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales aptitude, with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable services, and meet growth or retention targets.
  • Comfort working with digital platforms and mobile applications; ability to guide customers in using app-based solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or fintech is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages used in Kota, bundi, Baran and surrounding regions is highly beneficial.
