Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Ruhr Region. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with trucking businesses. You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales deals. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and prospecting
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the trucking or logistics industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting software
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the Ruhr Region
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
