We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves direct field engagement with customers to promote our products, generate leads, and drive sales growth while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers
Promote company products and services effectively
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Achieve sales targets within defined timelines
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Submit daily and periodic sales reports to management
Eligibility & Skills
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Must own a two-wheeler and willing to travel ~20 km daily
Comfortable with field sales and on-ground activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with basic sales and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Good time management skills
