Role Summary
The Key Account Manager will handle SME customer acquisition and account management for Full Truck Load (FTL) logistics, driving revenue growth through field sales, pricing negotiations, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements Acquire and manage SME customers with FTL logistics requirements through field sales activities
Generate leads, conduct customer visits, onboard new clients, and close deals
Understand customer transportation needs and propose appropriate FTL solutions
Handle rate discovery, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and minimize attrition
Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth order execution
Graduate / Post Graduate with B2B field sales experience (Logistics/FTL preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Languages required: English, Hindi, Kannada
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory; two-wheeler mandatory
