Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Specialist based in Vidisha. The specialist will handle customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication channels, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to queries, solving customer issues, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Customer Support and Communication skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate and improve customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
