Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Relationship Officer located in Rairangpur. The Senior Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also track and analyze customer feedback to improve services, collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and develop strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop improvement strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
