Job Summary
As a Global People Operations Associate, 60% support for Talent Operations (for both NA and EMEA) and 40 % Benefits support; you will support employees across a wide-range of HR administrative matters spanning the full employee life-cycle. You will work with managers, business leaders, employees, and the People team to support over 11 countries within Europe with an increased focus on our most active countries: Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy, France and Israel
Responsibilities
- New Hire Onboarding & HRIS Management involves setting up new hires in BambooHR and payroll systems, triggering IT setup, ensuring system access, assigning time-off policies, and tracking onboarding progress.
- HR Projects: Support the EMEA People Team in driving different projects, including but not limited to the Company Policies, Benefits Policies, Onboarding & Offboarding revamp, LOA and Time Tracking, etc.
- Work with the Benefits Dept., Payroll and Legal teams in Europe to assess employee engagement and satisfaction on a proactive, ongoing basis and make suggestions for improvement; When necessary, take actions regarding HR employees requests compliance and conformity subjects, working in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Data & Reporting focuses on maintaining churned employee records, tracking terminations, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and compliance audits, and aligning with payroll and finance teams for final payments and records.
- Monitor and keep track of all documents sent to employees, payroll and the governmental authorities
- Support the Immigration/ Bird Entity transfer processes including taking actions regarding HR related compliance and conformity subjects;
- With the support of the EMEA and NA leader , act as a Partner in making sure the employment law is fully respected , including ensuring accuracy and completion of all official documents sent to the employees and Labor authorities, following legal requirements; HR Inbox & Administrative Support involves monitoring the HR inbox for new hires, resignations, and terminations, updating and maintaining employee records in HR systems, and providing administrative support for HR-related processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred;
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in Europe across a variety of HR disciplines: employee relations, training and development, local employment law, employee support, and employee life cycle? (Onboarding/Off-boarding and admin tasks)
- Proven ability to build trusted relationship with management as well as employees, also in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English + a second language – written and spoken, Spanish and /or French is a plus
- Experience in working with HRIS Systems, Bamboo, GreenHouse, and Lattice is a plus
