Position Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) focused on Renewals to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and maximizing revenue through effective management of renewal processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Job Description
- Oversee the entire renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding contract renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and promote loyalty to Bhanzu's offerings
- Work closely with customer success, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of customer success and retention strategies
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Willing to work in a startup environment (fast paced).
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
