The Role

Job Title: Business Development Trainee

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Rotational Weekday Off)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation: Up to ₹3.6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
  • Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and lead generation.
  • Support the Business Development team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls alongside senior team members.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to help refine business development strategies.
  • Help develop marketing and outreach materials to attract new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Education industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
