Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our on-site Sales team in Bangalore. If you have great communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced startup, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Understand Bhanzu’s offerings and communicate our mission to potential customers.
· Manage lead information in CRM and maintain accurate records.
· Make outbound calls and respond to callback requests.
· Engage with leads via email and WhatsApp to explain our courses.
· Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting course benefits.
· Learn and use CRM and other internal software tools.
Requirements
· A graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving startup environment.
· Laptop is mandatory.
· Work From Office – Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
· 6-day work week with:
· - Rotational Offs (Mon–Fri)
· - Mandatory Working on Saturday & Sunday
