Job Title: Strategic Partnership _ Team Lead
Location: Onsite (Shift Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM IST)
Job Description:
As the Assistant Manager for Community Partnerships, your role will involve the development, initiation, and maintenance of partnerships with key communities and potential business avenues. You will work on building and enhancing relationships to promote Bhanzu’s programs, ensuring strong partnerships that align with our business goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Opportunity Identification & Strategic Advice: Continuously research and identify potential partnership opportunities in the US market.
Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute strategies to create new partnership opportunities, while managing and enhancing existing relationships with communities, organizations, and potential business partners.
Account Management Lead the partnership lifecycle from exploration to execution, including proposal writing, negotiation, budget preparation, and reviewing partnership agreements.
Operational Support : Lead and organize partnership events aimed at increasing Bhanzu’s exposure, enhancing its positive brand image, and driving revenue-generating opportunities.
Assist in the coordination of various campaigns and events, managing logistics, preparing materials, and supporting finance and administration processes.
Stake holder management : Provide necessary project detail advancements to the senior management or relevant stakeholders
Behavioral and Technical Competencies:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and build relationships effectively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with public speaking expertise and partner liaison experience
Proficient in research, data management, and project management
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or business development, preferably in the US market.
