Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on our CRM on a daily basis
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM
- Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests
- Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
- Converting potential leads to attend the trail Classes.
- Make potential leads understand our courses and clarify their doubts
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 year experience into edtech sales
- Laptop is mandatory
- Should be enthusiastic to grow in this role
- Willing to work 6 days (Mon-Fri 1 day rotational week off) Sat & Sun- mandatory working
- Rotational shift
