Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working on our CRM on a daily basis
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM
  • Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests
  • Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
  • Converting potential leads to attend the trail Classes.
  • Make potential leads understand our courses and clarify their doubts

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year experience into edtech sales
  • Laptop is mandatory
  • Should be enthusiastic to grow in this role
  • Willing to work 6 days (Mon-Fri 1 day rotational week off) Sat & Sun- mandatory working
  • Rotational shift
