Responsibilities:
l Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
l Assist in the preparation of financial projections and long-term financial plans.
l Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
l Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
l Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
l Oversee the refund process, including verifying refund requests, ensuring compliance with refund policies and regulations, and processing refund transactions accurately and timely.
l Monitor refund liabilities and reconcile refund accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
l Participate in audits and reviews to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and processes.
l Ad-hoc business performance reporting
l Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
l Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
l Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
l Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
Requirement :
l Experience working in a startup and in high volume e-commerce companies
l Completion of Intermediate Chartered Accountancy (CA)
l Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
l Great interpersonal skills
l Diligent and analytical preferred
l Proficient in Advance Excel
l Power BI (Added advantage)
