Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager located in Bengaluru during the US work hours.
The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, and executing business strategies.
The Senior Operations Manager will also oversee and manage the performance of the team members, and partner with leadership to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Experience in managing and leading teams in an operations capacity.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Project management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus.
