Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the overall expansion of the business.

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Mode - WFO

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to move leads through the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the organization's market position

Requirements:

  • Willing to work 6 days a week and responsibility for the day to day activities of your team
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the Ed - tech / B2C sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Must have a laptop for official purpose
