Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash (22) became the World’s Fastest Human Calculator at the age of 15, breaking records earlier held by

math legends like Scott Flansburg and Shakuntala Devi.

In August 2020, he won the first gold medal for India at the Mental Calculation World Championship at Mind Sports Olympics held

in London. His win was celebrated nation-wide and received congratulatory messages from the President of India, the Vice

President of India, several ministers and celebrities.

Job Description - CLM

We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager (CLM) to work in our Customer Experience team. The CLM will serve as Relationship Manager for a Bhanzu enrolled parent and will be responsible to support them throughout their child’s Bhanzu journey. Some of the key responsibility areas will be:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers
  • Identify customers’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
  • Upsell / cross-sell new products / services to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
  • Experience of driving sales (upselling / cross-selling)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems
  • Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases
