About the role:
As the Creative Director (Copy) at Bhanzu, you will lead our talented team of copywriters to conceptualize and execute captivating campaigns that resonate with our clients’ target audiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and narrative of our clients' brands, ensuring consistency and creativity across all channels. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and mentor a team, while also collaborating closely with other creative disciplines to deliver integrated brand solutions.
Job Description:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand’s message and values
- Communicate the brand personality internally and foster a shared understanding of foundational brand ideas among all company employees.
- Refine the communication of our brand through all channels including website, social media, and other customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an start up environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns across different industries and mediums
- Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles
- Proficiency in digital marketing trends and platforms
