We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact digital programs that drive demand generation and support sales growth.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and manage digital campaigns, optimize lead generation efforts, and track performance to ensure marketing initiatives contribute to sales-accepted opportunities. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, marketing automation, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Advertising and Campaigns:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, AdRoll campaigns, and other paid media.
    • Manage targeting, bidding, A/B testing, and ad creatives to maximize conversions.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing and Lead Nurturing:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring audience segmentation and personalization.
    • Build and manage automated email sequences and nurture campaigns to engage prospects, drive lead conversion, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Webinars and Event Marketing:
    • Plan and execute webinars and virtual events, working with sales and content teams to drive attendance and engagement.
    • Set up registration pages, promotional emails, and follow-up workflows.
  • Landing Pages and List Management:
    • Build and optimize landing pages for lead capture and conversion.
    • Create and manage targeted lists for campaigns, ensuring accurate segmentation and data hygiene.
  • Marketing Technology and Reporting:
    • Use HubSpot and Salesforce to track campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI.
  • Generate reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, AdRoll, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with webinar platforms, landing page tools, project management tools, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
